Our dates and rates for 2025 are posted below! Summer is coming! We are looking forward to our adventure together! The Camp Bimini Experience and FAQs will give you more details about our program.
Registration will open TUESDAY, JANUARY 28, 2025 at 6 pm Eastern.
Cancellation policy: A $50 cancellation fee for all registrations. Registration fee is nonrefundable fourteen days prior to camp, unless a medical certificate is supplied.

Payment will be accepted via e-Transfer, VISA, MasterCard or by cheque (no post-dated cheques will be accepted, cheques are due within 10 days of registration). Thank you.
2025 SUMMER CAMP DATES
(all camps are co-ed)
If a camp week indicates full, a wait list is available. Please note the chart is not updated automatically as campers are registered but as of the date at the top of the chart. Please register for the wait list and we will contact you if and when a spot becomes available. We cannot predict movement on the wait list.
Cabinmate requests must be mutual to be considered. Cabinmate requests that are mutual are not guaranteed. Cabinmate requests that are NOT mutual will not be considered. There is only one cabinmate request per camper.
In order to ensure all children get a chance to attend one week of camp, children may only register for one week of camp per summer (this does not include Family Camp or the Leadership Camp). We may open it up to register twice in late spring.

- Option for payment in full at the time of registration or an option to pay half at registration and half on May 1, 2025. If registration is after May 1, 2025, full payment is required at time of registration.
- Day camp for camp 2 and 7! Day camp campers arrival time is 8:45-9:15 am and pick up will be at 4:15-4:45 pm. Lunch and snacks are included. For this option, see Camp 2-DA and Camp 7-DA. For overnight, see Camp 2- OV and Camp 7-OV.
- **NEW **Pick up for all campers – day and overnight—will be at 4:30 pm on Fridays

SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION RATES
(all rates are CAD and include applicable taxes)
At Camp Bimini we want everyone to be able to take part in our summer camp program. Our prices are subsidized to allow all families to afford summer camp. This is why ‘church camp’ prices have historically been much lower than private camp, even when we offer the same or higher level of supervision and activities. Realizing that families have different abilities to pay, Camp Bimini offers a voluntary three-tier payment program.
Every family can choose the level of payment that is right for their situation. Tier A is the traditionally subsidized rate, Tier C is the rate that is closer to the full cost of camp, while Tier B is the mid-point. We recognize that Tier A is still difficult for some families to cover, and The Gift of Camp will continue to be available for families that require assistance.
It goes without saying that every child will receive the same level of care and attention you expect when sending your child to Bimini, regardless of which tier of pricing your families chooses. If your family chooses Tier B or C, you will be helping Bimini to upgrade the facilities and prepare for future generations of camping. This program is voluntary and in no way influences the experience children receive, yet it offers the opportunity for families to take an active role in supporting the true cost of their child’s camp experience. Only the administrator and coordinator know the tier that you have selected and that information is used only for billing purposes.

Registration and pick up times
Weeks 1, 2-Overnight, 3-5, 8-9 registration begins Sunday at 3 pm, NEW pick up Friday at 4:30 pm
